About Me
I am Tracy Brisson, the Founder and CEO of The Opportunities Project. We specialize in helping young professionals reach their career goals quickly and confidently through 1 to 1 and group coaching, workshops, and products.
I am a self-declared Education Rebel. After 12+ years working in public and private education, I believe our K-12 schools must do a better job of addressing the equity gap, but with a view on future economic success and not on preparing students for quickly disappearing middle-class jobs. I think it’s unconscionable that a young person can leave college- degree in hand or not- with tens of thousands of debt and few employable skills.
I also do social recruiting for teachers as well as other educational consulting and training, soon to be brought together under its own brand.
